Fritzbox 7360 FritzOS und Firmware können nicht geupdated werden

Guten Tag,

ich habe die Fritzbox 7360 von m-net und möchte nun die neuen Updates der FritzOS und der Firmware updaten.

1. Im Routermenü gibt es den Menüunterpunkt "Update" nirgends. Er fehlt also.

2. Wie kann ich nun die beiden Updates updaten?

3. auf der Seite speedguide.net:8080 bekomme ich diese Werte heraus:

Die Werte der MTU und MSS sind falsch eingestellt, doch wie kann ich diese richtig einstellen?


4. Im Routermenü unter System ist das zu finden:

Automatische Einrichtung und Updates für dieses Gerät durch den Dienstanbieter nicht möglich: Verbindung zum Autokonfigurationsserver fehlgeschlagen.

So viele Fehler treten auf, woran liegt das? Am Router selber oder am Anbieter?
